How Do You Use It?
Bubbles was destined to be a g spotter vibe and can be used by individuals who have a little bit of experience with bulbous texture and a wider circumferenced toy; it also makes for an awesome clit vibe or can be great for teasing nipples and anus . It's not meant to be used internally anally or by newbies who have just started playing with vibes. Because it is made of a super safe material (silicone!), it can be used by fluid bonding couples without issue. It's also super awesome to use by yourself.
Because it's waterproof, it can be completely submerged in the tub. I found that its power doesn't really differentiate between either the tub or when used dry.
How is Made/ What is It Made of?
The Bubbles is made of food safe silicone and is latex free, phthalates free, non porous, and hypo allergenic. I noticed that the Bubbles felt a little bit grainier than other Fun Factory toys that I've used; but it is so slight that it cannot be felt once inserted.
Bubbles has four bulbous bumps that are curved so that it may hit the g spot. The bulbous design allows for a "popping" feeling on the clit when it is thrusted into the vagina. Because the bulbs are so prominent, it's a good idea that the user have a little bit of experience with such an extreme texture; a toy like the Baby Bug can give the user ample preparation.You may not want to thrust with this toy; instead some users simply maneuver it around once it's inserted. It hit my g spot easily when it was inserted at the final bulb, but my g spot is a little more shallow than many women, so it may or may not work for you.
How Big is It?
The toy is a total of 5 1/2 inches long, with an insertable length of 3 1/2 inches. The total circumference is 5 1/4 inches and has a diameter of 1 5/8 inches. This is not meant to be used as someone's first vibe because though it may be short, it is quite wide. It's also shallow enough so that it doesn't hit the cervix upon penetration. It's small enough to be carried in a purse or taken in a carry on.
For people with bigger hands, the "handle" part of the toy can be hard to grasp onto and could slip a lot, especially if your hands may be covered with lube or any other slippery substances.
How Powerful is It?/ Is it Loud?
Bubbles has four speeds and three modes of vibrations-
1. Mode one has a regular vibrating effect and starts off with power that can be compared to a regular vibe (or cell phone on vibe mode) and ends with the a speed that almost makes the fingers numb (the final speed could probably heard through a door and feels like an intense massager)
2. To reach mode two, keep pressing the + button until you reach it. It's a pulsating effect that quickens in speed as you continue to press +. It has the final power intensity as the final intensity of mode one, except in pulsing .
3. Mode three is reached by pressing the + sign, and has a wave like effect that increases in speed as you press +. It has the same intensity as Mode one's final intensity.
The control pad is on the front; it is turned on by applying moderate pressure on the + sign, and to turn off, simply press the - sign till it's off.
How Do I Clean It? Where Should I Store It?
To clean, use either your favorite toy cleaner or soap and some warm water and then pat dry with a paper towel. If you wish to sterilize it (which is a great idea to do when you want to share it with a non fluid connected partner), wipe it down with a ten percent bleach solution. Since silicone is a dirt/ hair/ everything magnet, it would be a good idea to wash it before use.
Because your Bubbles are made of silicone, take care not to store it with silicone or silicone mixed toys. Please store it in a place where dirt cannot reach it, such as a toy box or its original packaging.
How are the Bubbles Powered?
The Bubbles do not need batteries; instead it comes with a charger that is hooked up magnetically to the logo at the bottom of the toy (sort of like an Apple computer charger). When charging, the logo at the bottom is red. When done, the logo will turn the color off. Before you use it for the first time, make sure that it charges for a full six hours.
How is it Packaged?
The Bubbles come in your traditional Fun Factory packaging- a small grey and red box with a magnetic back and two little windows to see your toy. In the box, there are instructions, a small insert featuring products sold by Fun Factory, and a sample packet of lube. The charger comes in a separate box with its own instructions.
The box isn't entirely discreet but it is classy enough to be given as a gift. If you don't care for it, you can give it to your recycling man/ woman.
