It's that time again! New toy means new review and the product this time is Fun Factory's Fly from EdenFantasys.
How do you use the Fly?
The Fly is perfect for clitoral stimulation, but can also be used vaginally or on erogenous regions as well. It has somewhat of a flared base, so it could be used anally, but I personally recommend against it. It's supposed to have a removable sleeve, but for the life of me, I couldn't remove it. If you can get the sleeve of, the bullet can be used for more pinpoint clitoral stimulation.
It's great for those who have a wide collection of sex toys and want to add something smaller to the mix, or for those who just started venturing into toys and would like a high quality product made with body safe materials.
What is the Fly made of and how do you clean it?
The Fly is made of body safe, non porous, phthalates free, hypo allergenic, food grade, and latex free silicone. It has a little more drag than other Fun Factory silicone vibes. I also found that it's squishier and has a lot more give.In fact, it can even be bent over in half. To reduce the drag of the toy, apply a little bit of water based lube to it. Use only water based lubes with your toy.
The Fly can be cleaned by using a little bit of soap or toy cleaner and warm water. The bullet is made of plastic; that can be cleaned with soap/ toy cleaner and warm water. You can sterilize the sleeve by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. The sleeve can also be boiled or stuck in the dish washer. Do not clean the sleeve with the bullet if you decide to either boil it or wash it in the dish washer.
How big and strong is the Fly?
It's on the smaller end of vibes; at the very widest insertable point, it has a circumference of three and a half inches. At the very narrowest, it has a three inch circumference. The base has a four and half inch circumference. It's total length is four and half inches and has an insertable length of three and half inches. It has a total diameter of 1 inch and weighs a total 0.4 lbs. This is best for shallow penetration only; I feel most would benefit from clitoral stimulation instead. It's ideal for travel, including the airport.
The Fly runs on 3 watch batteries (which are included), so it's obviously not comparable to a Hitachi. It has three intensities; the first is medium light, the second is a medium medium and the third is strong medium. It should work for most as a great warming up vibe, but can work as a regular vibe for those who may enjoy lighter stimulation. I really liked how quiet it was though; it's awesome for those with nosy roommates or little ones.
To change intensities, there is a small button on the bottom. To turn it on, you click on the bottom. To change intensities, click until you reach your desired intensity. To turn off, click it until it is off.

It's not a discreet box, but it's classy enough to be given as a gift. I have stored almost all my Fun Factory toys in their original boxes and have found that they endure the test of time when taken care of properly. If you don't like the box, however, you can always recycle it.
What did you think of the Fly?
It's a great warm up toy, but I found it was too weak to get me off clitorally and it was too shallow to use vaginally. I think for the price, you get an awesome toy made by great materials. I'm glad I made the investment because it is fun to use when I need something weaker than my SinFive or my other Fun Factory vibes.
